The Japanese automobile manufacturer Nissan has announced the release of its new 2020 Nissan Rogue. The Rogue which made its debut at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit on January 7, 2007; has grown to be the best selling Nissan SUVs in America. The latest model of this delicate crossover SUV is available in S, SV, and SL grade levels and with front- and all-wheel drive. Also, the 2020 Rogue is fully designed with advanced Nissan Intelligent Mobility technology; advanced ProPilot Assist system is standard on the Rogue SL and available as an option on the SV models.
Furthermore, the Rogue SV and SL models come equipped with Nissan Safety Shield 360 as standard. This new generation of Rogue as always have updated features, offers much comfort to enjoy your ride. The sole engine option is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder with 170 horsepower and 175 lb-ft. The infotainment system is so cool that you will want to go for an extra ride.
The 2020 Rogue exterior is sleek and appealing. Its highlights include body-colored heated wing mirrors with integrated turn signals, roof rails privacy glass, and a rear spoiler. The Nissan “V-Motion” grille and sleek LED headlights with daytime running lights add to the superiority and affluent of the Rogue. Also, the presence of an optional power panoramic moonroof which provides a wide view of the outside world through its extended length is of great advantage to the Rogue. Also, you can opt between the 17-, 18-, and 19-inch aluminum-alloy wheels. The SV and SL trim comes with a standard, convenient Motion-Activated Liftgate.
Interior And Cargo
The interior of the latest Rogue offers superior quality. The s and SV grades are made with seat cloths while the SL tops it with leather surfaces. The steering wheels are D-shaped. Top tech features like the leather-booted sport-mode shifter, heated steering wheel, memory for driver’s seat and mirror settings, and Remote Engine Start make a hallmark in the interior features.
With a seating capacity of up to five, the Nissan 2020 Rogue provides a 39/70 cubic feet standard cargo space.
Engine And Performance
All the 2020 Rogue models come with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 170 horsepower and 175 pound-feet of torque, linked to a standard continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). Also, standard optional Sport Mode and Eco switches are available.
The EPA of the newest Rogue is rated at 26 mpg city, 33 mpg highway and 29 mpg combined for front-wheel-drive models. The AWD Rogue models give an EPA of 25 mpg city, 32 mpg highway, and 27 mpg.
With safety in mind, all thanks to the advanced Nissan Intelligent Mobility technology; the new Nissan Rogue offers a Propilot Assist1 and Nissan Safety Shield 360. Presence of automatic rear braking, rear cross-traffic alert, lane keep assist, and lane departure warning, high beam assist, automatic emergency braking, Lane radar-based blind-spot warning, etc. all form positive features in the new Rogue.
Depending on the grade, the 2020 Nissan Rogue goes from $25,200 to $32,940.
